I have a problem. There's too much to do and not enough time to do it. Also, in a month or so, I won't really want to do any of it.

To start, I'm now working six days a week. Which is both exhausting and relieving at the same time, because the six-day paychecks allow me to have money to have a life come winter. (Unfortunately, having funds doesn't make having a life plausible when winter weather laughs a blizzard into your face and forces you to stay home-bound.)
On top of the extra work days, I typically use my one day off to play Ark Survival Ascended with my sister on a server that my bf pays for. We're all in a tribe with his brother and my siblings, but my sister and I are the most consitent players. The guys set us a task: we want to beat the bosses. So, we did research and figured out that we would need a lot of T-rexes, a Yutyrannus or two, plus three or four daedons in order to heal everybody. Well, when you start on easy mode, the levels on the wild dinos aren't great. (Except in some very unfortunate, but necessary-to-conquer areas.) This leads to breeding. Which my sister and I have done and continue to do. Unfortunately, breeding (even after messing with server settings to get the time down) takes us a while to do and we plan all of our Ark activities around it. In other words: I will be on that game all day with her in order to build up our army.
Now then, that brings us to my latest resurgence of The Nanny obsession. I blame Youtube. I found one short, liked it, and then it bombarded me with shorts. Now, in case you don't know, The Nanny was a show that aired in the mid '90s starring Fran Drescher. It's full of wit, innuendoes, and the best cast all around. So, naturally, I then had to buy the whole series on DVD. Unfortunately, I can't binge it properly due to work and Ark. Alas, I squeeze it in where I can.
All of this to say, that I have yet to start Caught Up by Navessa Allen that just released. I've been dying to read this one since it was announced. (I followed the posting of the Lights Out chapters on Navessa's website and have the paperback in the original cover, that's how soon I bought it after its initial release.) Having a sequel/spin off with Ally's cousin as the MMC is something I've been looking forward to. But I need a full block of time set aside to read it. Which I currently do not have.
Another thing that has been suffering is my writing time. (Obviously.) Mostly, I've been pulling these blog posts out by the skin of my teeth. I've not been in a creative enough mode to crank out many chapters, much less posts. So, my initial thought was that I would work on some of my Favorites posts just to have filler between the weeks when I'm less creative. Well, I went to write the post about my favorite books and series and realized that I really need to reread some books before I try to convince anyone else about how good they are. There's also the issue of if I'm remembering things right and not mixing things up between books written by the same author. Therefore, I'm convinced I need to binge-read some favorites. But where is the time???
To top all of this off, the weather is almost convinced that it's summer. Which means the bf will want to go out on the boat, we will want to scuba dive, and Ori is long overdue for some adventures. But I'm working six days a week and the options appear to be limited for the time being. Also, the weather has been shit. We get one day of hot weather before it drops twenty degrees the very next day. I'm so over it.
Oh, and I have to reread the PMC. Fix any errors I may find. Rework all of them into new formats, and see about re-releasing them with new covers before Ivy's tenth anniversary this Samhain. Wish me luck!
I'm tired just thinking about all of this. Also, I have to eat at some point... That's all for now.
